Vsmile 3D Pro Multilayer Zirconia Disc 6-layer (2 layers plus 4 transition layers) is a dental multilayer zirconium oxide (4Y-TZP cervical, 5Y-TZP incisal) with natural color and translucency gradient and high flexural strength (1050 MPa cervical, 700 MPa incisal) for anterior- or posterior teeth restorations with up to 14 units. In the production process, 5 layers of pre-coloured zirconia are layered on top of each other, building 4 transition layers in the process.The result is an extremely natural colour transition for vivid, lively restorations.

Vsmile 3D Pro Multilayer Discs natural appearance of color gradation,based on multilayer technology to ensure a cubic phase inside the zirconia can be fabricated to reduce light birefringence to any kind of tetragonal zirconia polycrystals stabilized with 3mol% Y2O3 zirconia, so translucency can be increased.
